JAN 2013 The OPS Solutions team is pleased to announce the expansion of the company, including the addition of key staff and the opening of our new headquarters office in Novi, MI.

"With the new team and the new location, we have launched into our next phase of growth and will be all the more effective in serving our customers and business partners", said Paul Ryznar, President and Founder of OPS Solutions. The new office is located in the Novawest Tech Center, at 24371 Catherine Industrial Drive in Novi, MI, and includes facilities for customer meetings and product demonstrations, corporate offices for sales, engineering, and administration, as well as space for system fabrication and staging prior to customer delivery.
The office expansion accommodates several new additions to the OPS team, including Chris Bala as VP Sales & Marketing; John Morelli as Vice President, Regional Sales; Bill Coe at Vice President, Regional Sales, and Will Sommerville as Chief Technology Officer. The new team join Paul Ryznar, President and Eve Ryznar, Enterprise / Finance Manager at OPS Solutions. "We are absolutely delighted have this team of seasoned professionals join us at OPS", said Ryznar. "We now have the horsepower and bandwidth to take OPS to the next level."
A contributing factor driving the timing of the expansion was an award from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) of a Michigan Business Development performance-based grant of $400,000. In addition to this grant, the City of Novi is offering support including city and county staff time, use of public facilities for meetings and other support. OPS Solutions will also be investing approximately $268,000, with plans to create 25 new jobs over the next three years. JAN 2012OPS Solutions is pleased to announce the implementation of two Light Guide System™ installations within the new Chrysler Academy

This Chrysler "Center of Excellence" officially opened in January, 2012 and is based in Warren, MI. The Chrysler Academy (link to view the video) will train approximately 3,000 employees annually in continuous improvement techniques in order to accelerate the pace for rigorous manufacturing systems throughout the Chrysler organization.
Using a flexible, patented light projection system for operator work instructions, Light Guide Systems™ is designed specifically to optimize manual manufacturing systems by placing the right information, at the right place, and at the right time so operators and technicians can remain focused on processes related to assembly, inspection, part selection/kitting, sequencing, training, or changeovers. The Chrysler World Class Manufacturing (WCM) group implemented one wireless Light Guide System™ within the Academy to guide an operator through a complex part kitting process and an additional Light Guide System™ was implemented within an assembly simulation area.
